What would your life look like if you took care of your body as well as you take care of your money?
Exercise #1: Write down exactly what you do every day for one week in 15-minute increments. Find gaps where awesome things can be plugged in.
Exercise #2: Find your highlight. What do you look forward to EVERY day?
Exercise #3: Write down 3 habits you want to bring into your life.
Exercise #4: Write down: “I’m the kind of person that …”
Exercise #5: Take this quiz and figure out your Tendency. https://quiz.gretchenrubin.com/ Map how you will use your unique tendency to encourage new habits. She gives you strategies of accountability.
Exercise #6 : Take the quiz with your significant other and identify your Love Language

Exercise #7: Consider looking into your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and see a relationship counselor. With EAP you usually can get 4-8 sessions a year for free counseling. Exercise #9 Try a YouTube meditation, download a meditation App such as 10% Happier or Calm.
Exercise #10: Start tracking how much water and vegetables you take in on a daily basis. I love My Fitness Pal App for tracking.

Exercise #11: Identify a side hustle that increases your activity level. Rover is a great option if you like dogs. Identify activities with small people that get your heart rate up.
